Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of experience.
• ABET accreditation required for engineering degree.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Engineering team and manage site projects (capital, infrastructure, engineering).
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource needs and budgets for the CoE.
• Recruit, train, and retain engineering talent; report to the site GM.
• Align CoE strategy with P&W global site strategy; engage cross-functional leaders.
