Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineering professionals in One-Offs AMTS Advanced Aerostructures Engineering.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of engineered solutions for Airline customers to meet requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure work meets established schedules and business objectives while satisfying customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with a mix of internal and external customers.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle emotional customers with EQ.
• Facilitate rapid problem resolution and decision making amid ambiguity.
• Monitor customer service performance and ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve issues.
