Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in transit compliance, rule administration, or operations.
• Two years supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating rules, procedures, and compliance practices in transit operations.

Aufgaben

• Direct governance and continuous improvement of operating rule systems and documentation framework.
• Oversee lifecycle management of operating rules, bulletins, and related documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as executive owner of digital rule management systems and publication processes.
• Represent the Authority to executive leadership and regulatory bodies on rule governance and modernization initiatives.
• Lead modernization of rule systems, including digital rulebooks and enhanced accessibility.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional teams and coordinate resources for enterprise initiatives.
