Qualifications

Undergraduate and graduate degree in a relevant field.
10+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling disciplinary actions.
Hires, develops and manages a cross-functional team which can solve complex business problems leveraging the Bank's investment in data.
Drives stakeholder adoption of advanced analytics and new ways of operating.
Dedicated capability, advanced & ad hoc analytics and Real time LOB data requests & analysis.
Drives proactive analytics and consumable solutions for business challenges.
Identifies, plans and executes projects across the enterprise where scale, complexity or pace are critical factors.
