Qualifications

• Undergraduate and graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationships, effective collaborator, communicator and ability to influence.

• Translate customer data into actionable insights.
• Take risks that are understood and can be managed

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and manage a cross-functional analytics team.
• Drive stakeholder adoption of advanced analytics and new operating models.
• Identify, plan and execute enterprise analytics projects where scale/complexity matter.
• Establish cross-functional teams and collaborate with business partners and external parties.
• Measure benefits and articulate value across stakeholders.
• Support proofs of concept for potential TD data stack implementations.
• Lead and shape analytics and insights for TD Bank U.S. Lines of Business.
