Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a Business Insights Specialist in Mount Laurel, New Jersey to conduct profitability analyses for consumer banking products and generate actionable insights from DataMarts.

The role collaborates with business leaders to present findings and influence growth strategies. The candidate will leverage Excel, Power BI and coding tools (SAS/SQL/Python) to build financial models, visualize results, and tell compelling business stories for decision makers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
• 5+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted

Responsibilities

• Leads interpretation of complex business issues, generates multifaceted insights and identifies opportunities
• Presents insights and recommended actions to stakeholders with visualizations and storytelling
• Translates business requirements to analytics/reporting needs for a given domain
• Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business value
• Ensures analytics deliverables align with enterprise requirements and risk controls
