Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation seeks a Director of Data Products & Engineering to lead the enterprise data lake on AWS, owning ingestion, transformation, and data delivery. You will drive velocity while ensuring high fidelity, low latency, and comprehensive governance to support BI, ML, and AI data services.

You will mentor senior engineers, define the data roadmap, and collaborate with Data Governance & Architecture to align standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in data-related disciplines.
• 7+ years in data management/engineering; 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data across the lake and warehouse.
• Mentor engineers, unblock issues, and drive delivery velocity for AI data services.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and accessibility across BI/ML/AI use cases.
• Partner with Data Governance & Architecture to align with standards.
