Job summary

Plymouth Rock is advancing an AI/ML-driven operating model. The Data Management team will build an enterprise data governance framework to ensure trusted, secure, compliant data accessible through BI, ML, and AI applications.

You will work with Data Office, IT, and AI teams to promote governance adoption, improve data quality, and reduce data leakage across platforms. A strong background in data governance and AWS data services is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance or enterprise data management.
• Experience supporting AI/ML data requirements (structured, unstructured, streaming).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, deployment pipelines, and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing a data governance operation aligned to the AI/ML-first strategy.
• Develop policies, standards, metrics, tools, and documentation for data inventories, lineage, and quality.
• Drive engagement with data owners, producers, stewards, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders; ensure governance adoption.
