Job summary

Plymouth Rock is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Enterprise Advanced Analytics team in Boston. You will architect and manage data pipelines connecting internal systems, third-party sources, and analytical platforms to empower breakthrough insights.

You will work across Data Science, IT, and business units, shaping cloud architectures, ML infrastructure, and modern data engineering practices while staying hands-on in a dynamic insurance analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or IS and 5–6 years in data engineering/analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, AWS Glue and Python/SageMaker.
• Proven ability to build automated data pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business units to enable ML automation.
• Establish data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
