Qualifications

• Proven leadership delivering Data Center, Mission Critical, or Advanced Technology construction projects.
• Experience managing large, technically complex construction programs.
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities within the mission critical market.
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and strategic development of the Data Center / Mission Critical business across the US.
• Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mission critical construction projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, design partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across operations, preconstruction, project management, and field delivery.
• Collaborate closely with estimating, safety, quality, and executive leadership teams to drive project success.
• Support business development initiatives including client engagement, presentations, RFP pursuits, and industry networking.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments within the mission critical sector.
