Job summary

NASCAR seeks a Managing Director, Corporate Events, to lead the corporate events portfolio, shape strategy, and oversee planning, budgeting, and execution for high-profile events that elevate the NASCAR brand. You will coach the Corporate Events team, partner with executives and internal units, and manage vendors, venues, and guest experiences.

This role requires a strategic leader with proven impact across large productions and complex programs, willing to travel 40–45%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate events or related field with high-profile programs.
• Proven ability to lead executive programs, galas, and large-scale productions.
• Strong budget management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of NASCAR’s corporate events portfolio.
• Coach and develop the Corporate Events team and manage staffing and workloads.
• Own on-site leadership for major events and manage budgets, venues, and vendors.
• Oversee guest experience, invitations, registrations, and communications.
• Coordinate with executives and multiple internal teams to deliver integrated plans.
• Lead post-event evaluations and contribute to annual budgeting.
