Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior leader to head the Forward Deployed Engineering practice, the team deploying AI agents into capital program environments and building the revenue-ready commercial foundation for outcome‑as‑a‑service contracts.

You will own executive relationships with agency leaders, shape pilots, define pricing, and scale the practice across engagements while collaborating with Aurigo's leadership to translate field intelligence into strategic product decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in CS or Management preferred.
• 10+ years leading customer-facing technology or professional services teams.
• Experience structuring and closing tech or professional services agreements with public agencies.
• Experience scaling a professional services or delivery practice.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI agent capabilities with agency executives.
• Builder's orientation: excited by creating new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships across active FDE accounts.
• Source and qualify pilot opportunities with sales and customer success teams.
• Structure, price, and close FDE commercial agreements.
• Lead expansion conversations and drive ARR growth.
• Build and manage the FDE team and operating model.
• Represent Aurigo externally at conferences and briefings.
• Translate field intelligence into product and strategy input.
