Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Sr. Director, Network Performance to lead a strategic partner portfolio within the ACO framework. The role combines cross-portfolio performance ownership with pod-level people leadership and executive-level advisory contributions to the network strategy.

The successful candidate will guide performance strategy, govern partner relationships, and support contract preparation while leading Directors and Managers and driving talent development within the pod.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or related field required.
• 8+ years in ACO, value-based care, or population health.
• 3+ years leading direct reports in a partner-facing or network role.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy for a portfolio within Sound's ACO and drives execution through leadership and engagement.
• Lead a pod of Directors and Managers, including talent development and performance management.
• Contributes to Sound's Network Performance operating model and governance artifacts.
• Engage with TBTF partners at the executive level and lead strategic account planning.
