The successful candidate will have a strong background in accountable care organizations and value-based care.

This role requires extensive experience in people leadership and cross-functional collaboration, driving operational execution and clinical improvement outcomes. A competitive salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 is provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ACO, value-based care, or population health.
• 3+ years leading direct reports in a partner-facing or network role.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical improvement savings, and telemedicine adoption outcomes across a multi-partner-type portfolio.
• Lead talent development, performance management, hiring, and pod-level operating cadence.
• Engage with executive partner relationships and lead Joint Operating Committee governance.
