Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an Assistant Director, Network Innovations Programs to lead strategic initiatives across providers and markets. You will partner with VP leadership to develop, execute, and track provider partnerships and alternative payment models, guiding primary care and specialty APM programs.

You will translate complex data insights into executive-level decisions, manage a cross-location team, and drive business transformation to advance value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience with value-based provider payment methodologies and program development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the Network Innovations team and represent the function in internal and external forums.
• Lead development of foundational APM programs and growth strategies.
• Translate data insights into strategic executive decisions and communications.
• Manage objectives, keep projects on schedule and within budget, and escalate risks as needed.
• Oversee both direct and virtual team members to drive performance across locations.
