Job summary

Stellar Health is seeking a VP, Provider Success & Performance to own end-to-end results for our total cost of care risk provider network and ACO contracts. You will lead Provider Success and Performance teams, translate enterprise goals into scalable operating models, and report outcomes to senior leadership and payors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct career experience in an ACO/managed care organization or value-based care operations.
• Experience managing managers and leading multi-team organizations (5+ years).
• Track record owning aggregate performance targets across a large provider network.
• Experience translating strategy into an operating model with 0→1 initiatives.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate performance and strategy to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end results for Stellar's total cost of care risk provider network and contracts.
• Set overarching strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for provider performance.
• Directly manage Provider Success and Performance teams and develop organizational capability.
• Ensure data-driven action plans and scalable processes across the network.
• Generate insights and executive reporting for senior leadership and payors.
• Build relationships with executive leadership at major providers and health systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Med Econ, and Clinical leadership on portfolio-level programs and cost of care strategies.
• Standardize playbooks, workflows, and tooling as the network scales.
• Oversee budget, headcount planning, and resourcing for the two functions.
• Travel up to 25% to medical groups and health systems.
