Job summary

Arlington Ridge Golf Club, operated by Landscapes Golf Management, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and service for members and guests. You will supervise kitchen staff, plan menus and equipment needs, maintain health and sanitary standards, manage inventory, costs, and vendor relations, and support club events.

Associates degree in culinary arts and ServSafe Manager Certification preferred; prior kitchen supervisory

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Ability to negotiate, organize, delegate, and prioritize work under pressure.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Extensive culinary skills and knowledge.
• Understanding of safe food handling procedures and process.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and upholds the values of LGM in daily operations.
• Supervises and participates in preparation of food for restaurant and banquets, ensuring safety and quality.
• Estimates food needs and places orders under guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and health code compliance.
• Monitors inventory and controls costs per standards; supports club events setup.
