Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen and partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure food quality, consistency, and safety. You will focus on leadership, training, and execution to deliver an outstanding guest experience and support the growth of our culinary team while upholding Cooper’s Hawk standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and the ability to manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Lead kitchen training and new menu roll-outs.
• Maintain food safety and a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Executive Kitchen Manager and General Manager to drive results.
