As a key partner to customers, you will design menus, provide training seminars, and develop long-term business relationships, while leading team-based initiatives and supporting on-site events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business consultant for customers to build loyalty and promote sales.
• Mentor and train staff; conduct in-house training seminars.
• Design customer menus and develop new ideas for customers.
• Provide consultative services to develop long-term business relationships with customers and vendors.
• Evaluate food and labor costs savings through observation.
• Perform other duties to support the department and company.
