Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Chef (Restaurant) to lead the culinary team and drive daily operations, ensuring top quality products and service. You will supervise staff, manage prep, and uphold high standards of food safety and cost control.

The role requires ServSafe certification and extensive leadership experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on menu development and guest satisfaction. This is an on-site position within a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified and familiar with health and safety, sanitation and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in a culinary environment.
• Experience with kitchen equipment operations and food safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back-of-house operations, including staff schedules, station assignments, and product quality checks.
• Design and implement menus for the outlet in line withExecutive Chef directives.
• Provide training materials and coaching to culinary staff on recipes, procedures and food safety.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and cost control within budget.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, SNHD, HACCP and company policies.
• Work with General Manager and FOH to ensure a positive guest experience.
