King’s Fish House is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to drive food quality, SOP adherence, and financial performance.

You will mentor line cooks and dishwashers, oversee inventory and recipe execution, and steer kitchen improvements while maintaining the brand’s high standards and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 years kitchen management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (annual sales > $4M).
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage kitchen costs.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with guests and team.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties to set up daily success.
• Create prep lists for all kitchen crew.
• Prepare food items for service and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of stations.
• Troubleshoot deficiencies and safety hazards.
• Lead and develop kitchen crew for cross-training and promotion.
• Oversee menu rollouts, seasonal items, and recipe changes.
• Forecast schedules and manage kitchen labor and inventory.
