Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management experience.
• High integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent writing and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all restaurant operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Hire, supervise, train, and develop restaurant team members; ensure gold-standard guest experience.
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and inventory planning.
• Lead local marketing, promotions, and community involvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethics.
