Job summary

Keenova is seeking an IT Support Services Technician to deliver onsite IT support at our Bridgewater location and provide executive-level assistance for leaders. The role includes managing desktops, mobility devices, collaboration tools, and room systems, with a focus on reliability and strong service delivery.

The candidate will work with Global IT and vendors, maintain asset inventories, and support office moves and technology refresh initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT end-user / deskside support within an office or site-based environment.
• Experience supporting Executive level users, including 1-1 support.
• Experience coordinating with other IT teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tooling for onsite and remote employees.
• Manage incidents using ITSM tools, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met.
• Deliver executive-level, white-glove support for critical meetings and events.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and vendor teams on complex issues and projects.
