Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Executive Support Service Technician to support the Missile Defense Division at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville. The role requires direct interaction with senior government leadership and high-ranking officers, plus on-call rotation and potential travel.

Day shift with some off-hours work, and up to 10% travel. The successful candidate will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and mobile devices, offering remote and onsite support and PKI services while

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of related experience in business systems, operating systems, servers, or project management of small initiatives, with troubleshooting experience.
• Must have experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Must hold a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE or higher.
• Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to general customers and senior government leadership, including SES members and high-ranking officers.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and mobile devices.
• Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting support for break-fix issues.
• Support mission, test, event, and conference activities.
• Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers.
• Provide technical support for enterprise projects and PKI support.
• Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks and provide printer support.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Rotation of on-call support as needed.
