Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Bristol, CT seeks an on-site IT services professional to deliver end-to-end support for executive clients. This role requires collaboration with multiple vendors, frequent executive communications, and four on-site days per week in Bristol.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT, client services, and executive support, with knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V tech. Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel to LA/NY Orlando areas are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in an IT related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Client Services support.
• 3+ years of experience providing tailored Executive Level Support.
• Must have functional knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V technologies as they exist in an enterprise.
• Travel may be required. Must be open to travel within the Greater Los Angeles area as well as Anaheim, Orange County. Also, travel on the East coast from Bristol, CT to New York, NY and possibly Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of end-to-end IT services for executive and critical business clients.
• Includes consultation with executives, technical analysis, and solution development.
• Manage deliverables in high-profile, time-sensitive situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Monitor end-to-end delivery and communicate issues to clients with alternate solutions.
