Job summary

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is seeking an experienced Premier Services IT professional to deliver end-to-end executive IT services on-site and across global locations. You will collaborate with top executives to resolve complex issues, manage communications, and ensure service excellence.

Role requires 3+ years in IT and Client Services with strong AV/VC skills, willingness to travel, and a Bachelor’s in a technical field.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in an IT related field.
3+ years of progressive experience in Client Services support.
3+ years of experience providing tailored Executive Level Support.
Functional knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V technologies in an enterprise.
Travel may be required; willing to travel to LA, Anaheim, NYC, Bristol to Orlando.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end IT services for executive and critical business clients with consultations, analysis and solution development.
Prioritize and manage deliverables in high‑profile, time‑sensitive situations while maintaining professionalism.
Monitor end‑to‑end delivery and communicate issues to clients, offering alternative solutions.
Coordinate and communicate support problems across multiple vendors and suppliers for impacting issues.
Ensure proper escalation and maintain relationships across IT service delivery areas.
Document knowledge base and provide after‑hours support for executive requests as needed.
