Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking an experienced Corporate IT Administrator to provide expert desktop support for executives and staff at our Las Vegas corporate office.

The role requires on-site work with on-call responsibilities, incident resolution, and project planning in a fast-paced environment. You will support Windows and Apple ecosystems, manage AV/collaboration setups, and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure rapid issue resolution while upholding strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with Nevada Gaming Card eligibility.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for innovation and technology.
• 2+ years delivering Executive Desktop support.
• 5+ years desktop hardware/peripherals experience (MacOS, iOS, Android).
• Proficient with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Active Directory security.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT support to Company Executives and staff at the corporate office.
• Handle on-call support outside regular hours and incident resolution.
• Lead root-cause analysis for end-user devices and peripherals.
• Coordinate with IT teams to escalate and close issues promptly.
• Set up high-priority meetings using collaboration and AV services.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional interaction with Leadership Team.
