Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Executive Support Engineer to work with Senior Leadership teams to support their IT needs. The role requires strong technical aptitude across software, hardware, and networking, and the ability to convey complex concepts to all levels.

You will drive solutions across multiple service owners, build quick, unique solutions, and improve technology that supports Amazonians. Expect high accountability, continuous learning, and frequent on-call responsibilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot difficult IT problems without SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Audit the quality of work and provide feedback.
• Automate manual tasks and create small tools for efficiency.
• Be the first point of escalation and own customer issues.
• Participate in hiring, training and development of others.
• Manage multiple priorities and be on-call for high-severity issues.
• Work onsite in our corporate offices Monday-Friday and travel up to 30%.
