You will define the multi-year IT roadmap, oversee corporate infrastructure, data platforms, and the Modern Workplace, and partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into technology investments. A track record of delivering secure, resilient systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Adaptive’s enterprise IT strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
• Lead and develop an IT organization capable of supporting current operations and future growth.
• Provide executive oversight of networks, cloud platforms, identity and access management, endpoints, and workplace technology.
• Establish IT governance and service-delivery models across internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, risk management, and business continuity across IT functions.
