You will partner with the CIO and IT leaders to shape narratives, craft messaging, and drive leadership visibility across the organization. Qualifications

10+ years of communications experience, including executive/internal communications for senior leaders.
Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership teams.
Ability to bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

Advise CIO on executive communications and develop integrated CIO IT communications strategy.
Shape narratives around IT priorities, AI, transformation, and WD’s business enablement.
Lead IT all-hands, leadership meetings, announcements, and employee engagement efforts.
Create content and messaging for presentations, speeches, briefings, and multimedia formats.
Collaborate with HR, CIO Office, and cross-functional partners to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
