PSEG is seeking an IT Executive Support Architect to deliver proactive and reactive white-glove technology support to executive leaders. You will own end-to-end support for devices, collaboration tools, secure access, meetings/events, travel, and high-visibility engagements, shaping VIP standards and service design.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders with white glove service.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting across networks, identity, and EDR/Defender.
• Discretion and confidentiality with executive level communication.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on executive support for endpoints and collaboration apps.
• Deliver proactive maintenance and quarterly tech refresh planning.
• Resolve incidents for executives and act as SPOC for VIP issues.
• Ensure meeting readiness including room AV and live event support.
• Provide travel tech support and secure access for executives.
• Define VIP support standards and runbooks for incidents and major events.
• Architect configurations balancing usability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, and AV teams to reduce repeat incidents.
• Own the service catalog with SLAs/OLAs and KPIs.
• Provide concise status updates and business impact translations.
• Conduct executive briefings, onboarding/offboarding, and QBRs.
• Coach VIP support team for consistency across time zones.
