Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Manager to support a private office and residential environment. You will own a broad set of technology systems, provide hands-on end-user support, and drive security practices in a high-visibility, autonomous role.

The position requires managing infrastructure, devices, networks, cloud services, and home automation, with emphasis on operational efficiency and strategic technology initiatives. Expect diverse challenges daily.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in IT Management, Infrastructure or Technology Operations.
• Experience providing executive-level technical support.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, tablets and mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support all technology systems, devices, and services across the environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and secure infrastructure, cloud platforms, access controls, and security systems.
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, manage user access and permissions.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and technology purchases.
• Support A/V systems, meetings, events, and multimedia projects.
• Create documentation, inventories, and technology standards.
• Research, recommend, and implement new technology solutions and cybersecurity improvements.
