Job summary

Liberty Hospital is seeking an Executive Support Technician I to deliver white-glove IT support to providers, executives and their staff onsite and for remote workers. You will respond quickly to incidents, install and configure mobile devices, desktops and AV equipment, and help maintain privacy and security in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and a minimum of a high school diploma with 4+ years in healthcare or enterprise

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• 4 or more years in lieu of Bachelor's Degree: equivalent minimum of 4 years experience in field is required.
• 5 or more years experience in enterprise or healthcare IT support.
• Professional experience with Apple iOS, iPadOS and MacOS and Apple hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including: Active Directory, Teams, Intune, Outlook, Office 365, SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
• Assists providers, executives, and their support staff with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of supported computing platforms, mobile devices, peripheral devices and software.
• Delivers "white glove" level response to providers, executives, and their support staff over the telephone, email, chat and/or at desk side.
• Responds quickly to technology outages to restore service as quickly as possible; provides AV support for meetings and events.
• Onboard providers related to configuration of mobile devices for patient care including EPCS enrollment, EMR mobility applications, etc.
• Collaborates with HITS teams for escalated issues; works with third-party vendors to resolve problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
• Documents trouble ticket resolutions with detail; maintains knowledgebase articles and support policies.
