NBCUniversal is seeking an Administrative Coordinator, Intellectual Property to provide executive support to the EVP and Chief Counsel overseeing global IP teams in CA, DC, London, Singapore, and China. The role includes calendar management, travel planning, and liaising with executives and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with legal and billing database tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive(s) on systems to prioritize executive’s time and travel.
• Schedule and calendar meetings, and direct inquiries to proper team members.
• Make extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and manage changes.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain expense records.
• Assist with developing annual budget forecast and track expenditures.
• Support special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations and infographics.
• Coordinate intradepartmental meetings, offsite events, and AV setup.
• Handle office and facilities operations and supplies.
