Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst, Intellectual Property to join the Global IP Protection team in a hybrid role, primarily based in Universal City, CA. You will research enforcement rights, support trademark protection, and maintain ownership databases, reporting to the Sr.

Counsel, Intellectual Property. The role emphasizes analytical and organizational excellence, with collaboration across legal and operations to strengthen NBCUniversal's IP protections across content, brands, and business

Qualifications

3+ years in a professional office environment, preferably within a legal setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze agreements for enforcement rights information and trademark administration.
Support trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting programs by conducting trademark registration searches and identifying enforceable marks as needed.
Maintain and update internal database of distribution, copyright, title, and property ownership rights information.
Maintain and update external title management databases in support of trade and industry programs.
Collaborate with larger legal and operations teams to enhance global IP protection program by sharing research-based findings.
Prepare reports and assist with team projects and new initiatives as needed.
