Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Director, Executive & Internal Communications to lead strategic executive and employee communications that connect business priorities with people at scale. You will partner with senior leaders to translate complex topics into clear narratives and drive alignment across the organization.

You will manage internal channels, plan editorial calendars, and coach a high‑performing team, using AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and measure impact as Sprinklr transforms

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications.
• Significant experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Experience leading communications programs during periods of transformation, growth, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, authentic, and impactful communications.
• Lead Sprinklr's internal communications strategy and editorial planning.
• Develop programs and content that strengthen employee understanding of company strategy, priorities, and performance.
• Lead communications planning for major business initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership transitions.
