Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success for the West region to lead a team of Customer Success Managers and drive adoption, value realization, and retention across enterprise customers.

You will partner with Sales, Services, and Product to scale best practices, align health metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes for strategic accounts. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles.
• 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of customer adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization.
• Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across enterprise segments.
• Ensure onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewals are executed smoothly.
• Establish standards for success planning, customer health, and value delivery.
