Job summary

Webb County is seeking an Administrator of Infrastructure and Public Works to provide executive-level oversight and strategic direction for Engineering, Road and Bridge, Utilities, and Building Maintenance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible professional experience in public administration or related fields.
• At least five years in senior-level management or executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight and coordination for multiple departments.
• Coordinate with Executive Directors to set priorities, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Oversee major capital projects, budgets, and long-range infrastructure planning.
• Prepare reports and updates for Commissioners Court and County Judge.
