Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing a centralized executive inbox.
• Advanced Word editing and formatting in the past five years.
• Two years of Excel experience with trackers.
• Experience with confidential information and supporting senior leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DCFO Chief inbox and executive assignments.
• Log, route, and track inbox items through completion.
• Prepare status updates and summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate document revisions and approvals.
• Maintain electronic records in SharePoint.
