Elios Healthcare is seeking a Director of Imaging to lead imaging services across multiple clinic locations, including X-ray, MRI, CT, and other modalities. Reporting to the COO, you will set strategy, oversee operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive growth in imaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified radiologic technologist with imaging leadership experience.
• Experience managing X-ray, MRI, CT across multiple modalities.
• Proven track record of improving operations and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for imaging services across multiple outpatient locations.
• Oversee X-ray, MRI, CT to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop imaging leaders and staff.
• Establish and monitor departmental goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and radiation safety standards.
• Travel between clinic locations to promote consistency.
