Blue Origin is seeking a Principal HR Specialist to partner with the CHRO, shaping HR's strategic planning, goals, and budget processes across the organization. You will translate Blue Origin priorities into actionable programs with a narrative-driven, data-backed approach.

This role demands a deep background in strategic HR, program management, and executive communications, with relocation provided and travel up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic HR, business operations or chief of staff experience advising senior executives.
• Project management experience with PMP certification and ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience running executive operating rhythms (planning cycles, reviews, KPI frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHRO as strategic advisor and operational owner for HR planning and execution.
• Own end-to-end design and execution of HR's annual strategic planning process.
• Develop executive materials, leadership updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate workforce planning and budget/resource allocation with Finance and HR leaders.
• Lead enterprise HR initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery.
