Job summary

Guggenheim Investments seeks a Strategic Business Partner to serve as the senior people advisor to its leaders. You will translate business strategy into people priorities, advise on leadership and organization questions, and drive workforce planning and talent actions with discretion.

This role sits with Santa Monica leaders and partners with HR to align people decisions with financial plans. You will lead organization design, change programs and talent reviews, ensuring the workforce supports

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with advisory to senior leaders (director, managing director, business head or C-suite).
• Strong business acumen: connect people decisions to business results.
• Hands-on experience leading organization design, spans-and-layers reviews and restructuring from analysis to implementation.
• Experience leading workforce and headcount planning in partnership with business and finance leaders.
• Has run leadership talent reviews and succession planning and turned them into concrete actions.
• Led significant organizational change with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical and comfortable with people data to build or interpret workforce analytics.
• Executive presence and the confidence to challenge managers and senior leaders with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to the client group's leadership team and participate in business planning and leadership discussions.
• Translate business strategy into clear people priorities and ensure delivery.
• Consult leaders on leadership, team and organization questions from hiring to restructuring.
• Support talent and workforce decisions with data and clear recommendations.
• Drive execution of the enterprise people strategy within the client group, aligned with financial plans.
