Job summary

CACI is seeking an HR Business Consultant (Vice President, Leadership) to address strategic business challenges with deep expertise in talent strategies and executive coaching. Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 18+ years related work experience.
• Strong leadership coaching skills, including formal leadership coaching programs.
• Ability to coach leaders, provide feedback, and use diplomacy in challenging situations.
• Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resources consulting.
• Certification in Change Management and/or OD.
• Experience working in a Consulting organization.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct consulting to the business on talent strategies and problem solving in executive selection, succession, leadership integration, engagement, retention, culture, environment, coaching, change management and the employee value proposition.
• Dynamically address strategic priorities with creative problem solving.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to select executive-level talent and serves on interview panels.
• Partners with new executives to support successful transitions, including 90-day plans.
• Supports organizational succession planning and high potential talent identification.
• Partner across HR functions to drive business results with aligned talent solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to P&L and Functional business leaders.
• Proficient in analyzing data to understand trends and inform solutions.
