The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Hire, onboard, and develop HR experts and team leaders for the total store team.
• Ensure equity, inclusion, and bias mitigation across the workforce.
