Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with compliant, guest-focused people processes. You will understand employment laws, use Microsoft Office and scheduling software, and assist with recruiting and training to meet staffing needs.

This role requires flexibility, a friendly attitude with guests and teammates, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll help lead HR programs, ensure safety and ethics, and adapt to varying shifts including nights

• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Support training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
