Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR function from the ground up.
• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute the full-cycle hiring process from scratch.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations.
• Create and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits infrastructure.

Education
