Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Tower Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations across all room types, corridors, and public areas. You will supervise supervisory and hourly staff, coach performance, and ensure alignment with company standards for guest comfort and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in a large luxury resort environment preferred and the ability to work varied shifts including nights

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to lead and train a large housekeeping team
• Experience in a luxury resort environment preferred
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Own daily activities for housekeeping areas and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Manage discipline, performance, and coaching for team members.
• Coordinate with front desk, engineering, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Oversee inventories, supply usage, and cost-effective practices.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and guest experience expectations.
