Resorts World Las Vegas seeks an Executive Director of Housekeeping, Environmental Services and Uniform Control to provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, service and presentation across the property.

You will mentor department leaders, manage budgets, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other teams to deliver operational excellence in a dynamic casino-resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in hotel operations management.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience (> $10M).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Housekeeping, Environmental Services, and Uniform.
• Oversee budgets, staffing models, and operating policies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders.
