Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, care, and presentation throughout the hotel. This hands-on leader will oversee room readiness, public-area cleanliness, team performance, scheduling, supplies, and the consistent execution of Hotel Saint Vincent standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping leadership experience in hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, cleaning standards, and inventory controls.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to provide clear direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room readiness, inspections, and public-area coverage.
• Monitor labor, inventory, supplies, and budgeting to protect quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and F&B to ensure guest experience is seamless.
• Coach, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff to improve quality and productivity.
