Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for The Kendall Hotel. You will oversee housekeeping and public areas, ensure the highest cleanliness standards, and manage staffing, training, and daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experience in full‑service hotels, strong leadership, fluent English and Spanish, and familiarity with Opera Cloud or ALICE PMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership in a full‑service hotel.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule staff; manage time and performance.
• Ensure all areas meet standards; conduct room and public area inspections.
• Manage inventory, linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment; control costs.
• Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and vendors to enhance guest experience.
